  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Delivery times for expedited shipping are also estimates.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Shipping costs for orders under $50, or for expedited shipping, are calculated at checkout.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable, except when required by law or if the shipment is delayed or lost due to our error.

4. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once the package is delivered by the shipping carrier.
  • Northlyne is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by the carrier or events outside our control.

5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
  • Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Customers must contact Northlyne within 7 days of receiving a damaged or lost shipment.
  • Claims will be investigated, and replacements or refunds may be provided at our discretion.

7. International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Northlyne is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
