  • Items that are damaged, used, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.

  • To initiate a return, contact Northlyne via contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees (original or return shipping) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error by Northlyne.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
  • Customers must contact support to request an exchange and follow the instructions provided.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Products marked as final sale

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Proof of damage (photos) may be required to process the return or replacement.
