- Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees (original or return shipping) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error by Northlyne.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
- Customers must contact support to request an exchange and follow the instructions provided.

- Products marked as final sale
